Our VR experiences are suitable for ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Some intense experiences may have additional age restrictions which our staff will inform you about.

Our multiplayer arenas support up to 8 players simultaneously. For larger groups, we can arrange staggered sessions. Private booths accommodate 1-4 players depending on the experience.

For hygiene and compatibility reasons, we require use of our equipment which is professionally maintained and sanitized between each use. However, you're welcome to bring your own controllers if they're compatible with our systems.

Our staff will help adjust settings to minimize discomfort. We recommend starting with less intense experiences. The omnidirectional treadmills significantly reduce motion sickness compared to traditional VR setups.
